I accept PayPal, credit / debit card directly thru Etsy.
All payments must clear before the item(s) can be shipped.
To complete the transaction, payment is preferred at the same time as placing your order. Please contact me if you need more time or require assistance with the checkout. Non-paid orders will be canceled and re-listed after a week.
All custom orders are final.
I will ship orders within 4-5 business days after the payment has cleared (Monday to Friday).
If you order a resin piece that is not in stock, I will need at least 5 business days to create the piece.
If you order a 'custom piece' a time delay should be expected. In this case I will let you know what options I have available to meet your needs and wants.
All items are carefully wrapped in a sealed postal envelope.
For U.S. orders I ship USPS. USPS first class mail delivery will provide a tracking number; however expect delivery to take 5-10 days. If you prefer another method of shipping or need a RUSH order please let me know and I will be happy to make a custom listing for you. If you opt to upgrade your first class shipping to priority shipping, the date of delivery is specified. Priority shipping also provides $50 insurance on packages. The Snap Exchange will not provide refunds for fault of the USPS.
The Snap Exchange is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to postal carrier error.
International orders are accepted. International shipping can take up to as much as 8 weeks for delivery due to customs delays within each country. All customs fees, duties and taxes imposed on imports are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery as stated and enforced by the laws in (the buyers) individual country.

My return policy is very simple. As a rule I want my customers to be happy customers. I cannot accept returns on custom/personalized items. All other returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You must contact me within a week of receiving your item. I do not accept returns on international orders.
Domestic returns/cancellations will hinge upon the jewelry being shipped back to me in undamaged/original condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
In the event that you need to return something, always contact me via email or etsy convo's before doing anything else. I will do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible. I want you to be happy.
